Returns:

All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase date to be considered for a refund. If received within 30 days of purchase date, VacMotion will provide a full refund for products that are defective or products that have manufacturing errors. Customer errors cannot be refunded. Please call or e-mail us through the website so we can provide the customer service necessary to fulfill your request. We will have a customer service representative contact you immediately. You will be directed from that point on.

Products contained herein are fully interchangeable with PIAB®, Parker®, Convum® and PISCO® products. VacMotion’s products are of equal or higher quality as the corresponding product. In most cases the visual and functional difference between these parts are indistinguishable. The cross-reference information is supplied as a service to our customers.
